We have carefully chosen Darphin for our skincare and body range to bring you unique, luxurious aromatic-plant based formulas which can deliver true lifetime results. Exercise & Activities
There are a one-to-one fitness assessments and one-to-one body toning with a personal training instructor and gymnasium to put you through your paces. Or in the privacy of a treatment room with a qualified spa therapist there is our new state of the art Vibro-tone couch which offer the following: purify & slim, love your legs, fitness express and energise & detox. Some more gentle exercise can be taken using the swimming pool or perhaps a healthy stroll around the 67 acres of parkland.
