Terms and Conditions 1.Gift Voucher At the point of arrival to the Spa reception you MUST present your Voucher so that it may be verified in order for your package to commence. 2.Prices & Packages All prices & packages are correct at the time they are entered on to our website. Prices may vary without prior notice at either the Spa’s discretion or Inspire Spa Breaks. Inspire Spa Breaks strive to keep the website content current. All overnight stay packages quoted are per person and based on twin/double occupancy. Single rooms are available at all Hotels however they often carry a single supplement charge. 3.Expiry The expiry date of Vouchers is 12 months from date of purchase. However, due to illness, personal reasons and pregnancies the Voucher can be extended for a further 6 months upon payment of a further £25 per Voucher. You will also incur any increase on package cost. A period of 14 days will be given to the recipient after expiry to redeem by way of gesture in order to extend further opportunity to redeem their Vouchers. After this 14 day period of expiry will render vouchers invalid. 4.Refunds Inspire Spa Breaks will offer a refund within a 7 days of purchase and will incur a 15% fee to cover costs. This does not include admin fees and credit/debit card charges which are non refundable. After this date vouchers are non refundable. In the event that you have already booked your stay at any Spa or Hotel Break venue then any cancellation must be in accordance with that of the Hotel’s cancellation policy. Once you have checked into the Hotel any refund or part refund becomes the responsibility of the hotel. Inspire Spa Breaks will not offer any refunds due to weather or traffic conditions, Acts of God, or events beyond our control which affect travel to your Hotel unless agreed by the management of the hotel at which the break is booked. No refunds under any circumstances will be made for independent travel arrangements. In the event of any break being cancelled for any reason, any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. 5.Late cancellations/non arrivals The terms of the Hotel or Spa will apply. It is advisable that you ask for these terms on booking in the unfortunate event you have to cancel. For the cancellation of Group Pamper Days a nominal charge of £25 will be applied. 6.Pamper Day Locations Our Pamper Day Locations are made up from Hotel Spas and Health Club Spas. In our selection of these venues they must all have a minimum of facilities to be able to join our website. However, Pamper Day locations should in NO way be compared to Health Farms nor their facilities. 7.Complaints All Breaks and Spa Days are fulfilled by the venue and not Inspire Spa Breaks. Every effort has been made by us to monitor the service and facilities of the Hotels and Spas that are listed on the website. If you have a complaint to make during your day or break please bring it to the attention of the Hotel or Spa Manager so that they can address the issue immediately. Once you have checked in the responsibility becomes that of the Spa Manager/ Hotel Manager. If you have a concern that needs addressing please bring it to their attention, they are there to help and will welcome doing so if you make them aware of the problem. No responsibility will be taken by Inspire Spa Breaks for any accidents, breakages, thefts or injuries that occur either while travelling to a hotel, during the duration of the stay at any Hotel or Spa or at any time after checking out of any Hotel or Spa. 9.Payments All purchases are subject to an administration fee of £2.50 - £5.00. There is a £4 transaction charge for all credit/debit card payments of £1 - £199. There is a £6 transaction charge for all credit/debit card payments of £200 - £299. 10.Behaviour Throughout your booking with Inspire Spa Breaks you accept full liability for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group. 11.Dress Code We cannot accept any responsibility in any ruling by the venue if you or any of your group is unable to use the leisure facilities or receive spa treatments due to inappropriate attire. Please check before you travel that your group is aware of appropriate attire. 12.Amendments to booking Any amendments to a reservation will incur a £5 administration charge per person. |
